Notice of results, guidance update and

investor presentation

EnSilica (AIM: ENSI), a leading chipmaker of mixed signal ASICs (Application Specific Integrated Circuits), announces that it will report its final results for the year ended 31 May 2022 ("FY 2022") on Monday, 17 October 2022. The Company now expects to report adjusted EBITDA for FY 2022 materially higher than previous guidance of £0.5m as indicated on 3 August 2022, mainly due to the treatment of research and development costs.
