Persons Discharging Management Responsibility ('PDMRs').

Pursuant to the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company hereby notifies that the following PDMR purchased Ordinary Shares of £0.05 each in the Company (the "Shares"):

Faysal Hamza notified the Company on 19 May 2015 that he had sold 44,500 Shares on the Nasdaq OMX Stockholm on 19 May 2015 at SEK 6.75 per share.

The Company's issued share capital consists of 802,660,757 Shares with voting rights.  Each Share carries the right to one vote.  The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
