172,977 shares previously granted to Faysal Hamza (a PDMR of the Company) under the EnQuest PLC Discretionary Bonus Share Plans have vested.

Prior to this transaction, Faysal Hamza held 258,200 shares, representing 0.032% of the share capital of the Company. The total holding of Faysal Hamza following the transaction is 431,177 shares, representing 0.054% of the share capital of the Company. 

54,501 shares previously granted to Stefan Ricketts (a PDMR of the Company) under the EnQuest PLC Discretionary Bonus Share Plans have vested.  Of the 54,501 shares released, 25,893 shares were sold for tax purposes, with the remaining 28,608 shares being retained by Stefan Ricketts.

Prior to this transaction, Stefan Ricketts held 10,004 shares, representing 0.001% of the share capital of the Company. The total holding of Stefan Ricketts following the transaction is 64,172 shares, representing 0.008% of the share capital of the Company.
