Notification of Transactions by

Persons Discharging Management Responsibility ('PDMRs').

Pursuant to the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company hereby notifies that the following Director purchased some of the Company's £155,000,000 5.50 per cent. Notes due 15 February 2022 (ISIN: XS0880578728, Common Code: 088057872) (together, the "Retail Notes").

Dr Philip Nolan notified the Company on 23 December 2014 that he had purchased 100,000 of the Retail Notes at 71 pence per Retail Note, totaling 0.065% of the total Retail Notes.  

Prior to this transaction, Dr Philip Nolan held 150,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.05 each in the Company ("Shares") and no Retail Notes. The total holding of Dr Philip Nolan following the transaction is 100,000 Retail Notes and 150,000 Shares.
