Notification of Transactions by

Persons Discharging Management Responsibility ('PDMRs').

Pursuant to the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company hereby notifies that the following Director purchased Ordinary Shares of £0.05 each in the Company (the "Shares"):

Dr Philip Nolan notified the Company on 17 October 2014 that he had purchased 150,000 Shares on the London Stock Exchange on 17 October 2014 at 78.1 pence per share totalling 0.02% of the share capital of the Company.  

Prior to this transaction, Dr Philip Nolan held no Shares in the Company. The total holding of Dr Philip Nolan following the transaction is 150,000 Shares, being 0.02% of the share capital of the Company. 

The Company's issued share capital consists of 802,660,757 Shares with voting rights.  Each Share carries the right to one vote.  The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
