Persons Discharging Management Responsibility ('PDMRs').

EnQuest PLC were informed on 3 April 2014, by Capita Asset Services, that 708,440 Ordinary shares of £0.05 each in the Company (the 'shares') previously awarded to Dr Jim Buckee (a director of the Company) under the EnQuest PLC Chairman's Award Plan at the time of the IPO, vested on 1 April 2014. Dr Jim Buckee has settled his tax liability directly to the Company, and 708,440 shares have been retained by Dr Jim Buckee.

Prior to this transaction, Dr Jim Buckee held 1,222,327 shares, representing 0.15% of the share capital of the Company. The total holding of Dr Jim Buckee following the transaction is 1,930,767 shares, representing 0.24% of the share capital of the Company.
