Class of Security: Ordinary Shares (ENS) ISIN: NZENSE0001S2 Number issued: 106,111 ordinary shares at NZD 98.83 cents each fully paid Payment: The shares were paid for in cash Percentage of total Class of Securities issued: 0.0066% (of the total number of ordinary shares on issue post completion of the issue) Reason for the issue: The shares were issued for those shareholders that participated in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan in respect of the dividend payable of 2 cents per share payable on 16 March 2021. Authority of issue : Director’s Resolution and NZAX Listing Rule 7.11.1. Terms of issue: The new shares are credited as fully paid, and rank in all respects equally with the shares already on issue.
