Enprise acquires Very Impressive Software

AUCKLAND, 30 June 2021 - Enprise Group (NZX: ENS), Enprise Solutions Ltd – part of the Enterprise Division - has signed an agreement to purchase the Intellectual Property of Very Impressive Software

Very Impressive Software (VIS) provides software products to SME businesses, including add-on’s for both MYOB Exo and MYOB Advanced. Many Enprise and Kilimanjaro customers already use software provided by VIS.

The MYOB Exo business of VIS was previously acquired by Enprise on 1 February 2010.

The acquisition of the VIS will add over $200,000 in recurring and contracted revenue. It will enhance our Enterprise Divisions product offerings to both new and existing customers.

As part of the transaction existing VIS staff will be offered employment with the Enterprise Division expanding our development capability. The VIS operations will be absorbed into our Enterprise Division under our “One Company – One Team – One Brand” strategy.
