Enprise Group increases iSell Pty Limited holding

AUCKLAND, 11 March 2021 - Enprise Group (NZX: ENS) has increased its holding in iSell Pty Limited to 71.1%.

Enprise has participated in an iSell Pty Limited (“iSell”) $1m rights issue and has taken up its rights plus some shortfall shares. Enprise investment has been for 2,162,851 new shares at A$0.40 per share.

Enprise has used existing cash reserves for this rights issue.

iSell has developed and sells a cloud quoting system used by the information technology reseller market in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, U.K. & Ireland. iSell has increased the number of customers using IT Quoter cloud to 257.

The money raised will be used to grow sales in international markets and to continue to improve product functionality to meet customer expectations.
