Datagate Innovation Further Share Issue

An additional 352,328 shares in Datagate Innovation Limited have been issued for $1.20 per share.

The total number of shares issued in Datagate Innovation Limited to external investors is now 2,157,642 shares, bringing the total number of shares on issue to 3,865,975. Enprise Group Limited’s share of Datagate Innovation Limited has now been reduced to 44.19%.

The new shares have been issued to :

EA Nominee Limited	188,162
EA Fund 2 Limited Partnership	62,500
FKA Nominees Limited	43,333
NZVIF Investments Limited	58,333

Total Shares issued in this capital raising were 868,995 ($1,042,794). The capital raised was more the double the amount sort from existing shareholders.
