ENTITLEMENT ISSUE TO SHAREHOLDERS – TIMETABLE UPDATE
Crossland Uranium Mines Limited (“ Company ”) wishes to provide an update in respect of the timetable for its pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement issue of options (“ Entitlement Issue ”) announced on 22 October 2012.
The Company now intends lodging the Prospectus for the Entitlement Issue on Monday 29 October 2012 and not 26 October 2012 as originally planned.
The updated timetable for the Entitlement Issue is set out below. It is stressed that at this time these dates are indicative only and are subject to change.
