RIGHTS ISSUE OF OPTIONS

The Board of Crossland (CUX) is pleased to advise that more than 250 shareholders took up their rights totalling 21,227,536 options and made applications for oversubscriptions of 7,502,514 options being a total of 28,729,690 raising $287,296.

An Appendix 3B lodged today makes application for these shares to be listed along with the 6,844,952 options issued in September with the identical terms. This total of 35,574,642 will be a new class CUXO.
