Share Purchase Plan (SPP) Cleansing Notice

In relation to the SPP to be announced on 5 April 2011, the Company advises;

• (a) the Company will be issuing up to 34,644,081 shares without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act (“CA”);

• (b) this Notice is being given in accordance with Paragraph 7(f)(ii) of ASIC Class Order Co 09/425;

• (c) as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with;

  • (i) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

  • (ii) CA Section 674; and

• (d) the Company confirms that, as at the date of this notice, there is no information which is excluded information (as defined by Paragraph 7(f)(ii) of ASIC Class Order [Co 09/425]) as at the date of this Notice in accordance with the requirements of CA subsections 708A(7) and 708A(8) as if this Notice were a Notice given under CA S708A(5)(e).
