RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Mr Peter Walker has resigned as a Director of the Company with effect 18 January 2016.
Mr Walker was a founding Director of the Company and his legal prowess was instrumental in its move from the National Stock Exchange to the Australian Securities Exchange in 2007 and the fund raising at that time. He has made a very valuable contribution over the past nine years as a NonExecutive Director and all his fellow Directors wish him the best for the future.
