APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD and COMPANY SECRETARY

Further to our announcement on Tuesday 16[th] February 2016 regarding resignations from the Board, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Dato Sia Hok Kiang as our Board Chairman. We thank Dato Sia for offering to assume these new responsibilities.

The Company also wishes to announce the appointment of Grahame Clegg (B.Comm) as interim Company Secretary. Grahame is an experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and Chartered Secretary (AGIA). He brings a broad depth of skills in finance, taxation, auditing and corporate governance. He has worked extensively in the resource industry, and has worked continuously with Crossland on specialised accounting matters since the Company’s public listing. We look forward to working with Grahame.
