APPOINTMENT OF ALISTAIR STEPHENS AS ADVISOR

Crossland is pleased to advise that it has appointed Alistair Stephens as a part‐ time advisor to the company.

Alistair is a professionally qualified geologist who has worked in the exploration and mining industry for 30 years. He has been involved in all aspects of the exploration and mining business including senior positions with several major mining companies. He was managing Director and CEO of Arafura Resources during 2004‐2009 which was a critical growth period in Arafura’s quest to build a rare earths (REE) production and mining business based on its Nolan’s Bore project in the Northern Territory, one of the world’s largest REE deposits outside of China.

His strong commercial and technical skills and his special experience in the REE minerals industry will be of great value to Crossland as it proceeds through the development of its alluvial REE project at Charley Creek in the Northern Territory.
