Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 14, 2018, China Green Agriculture, Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing (i) certain financial results for the second quarter ended December 31, 2017 of fiscal year 2018; (ii) the guidance for the revenues and net incomes for the third quarter ended March 31, 2018 and the fiscal year ended June 30, 2018; and (iii) a conference call to be held by the Company on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the results of operations for the second quarter ended December 31, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
