Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 14, 2016, China Green Agriculture, Inc., a corporation incorporated in the State of Nevada (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing (i) certain financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2016; (ii) guidance for the second quarter of fiscal year of 2017 and reaffirming the guidance for the fiscal year of 2017; and (iii) a conference call to be held by the Company on Monday, November 14, 2016 at 7:30 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the results of operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
