China Green Agriculture, Inc. (the “Company”) was delayed in the filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2012 (the “Form 10-Q”) due to undue hardship caused by Hurricane Sandy during the filing preparation period. The registrant undertakes the responsibility to file the Form 10-Q no later than November 21, 2012, the extended due date proposed in the SEC release on November 5, 2012.

Due to Hurricane Sandy such analysis and reasoning are still in process.
