Item 8.01. Other Events.

On July 29, 2009, China Green Agriculture, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its revenues for fiscal year 2009 are expected to exceed its previously announced guidance. The Company provided its business outlook for fiscal year 2010 in the same press release. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
