Change in number of shares and voting rights in Eniro

The total number of shares and voting rights in Eniro has during the month of June increased by 10,256,408 shares and voting rights through conversion of convertible bonds into common shares.

As of June 30, 2015, the total number of shares in Eniro is 428,522,957, of which 427,522,957 shares represent common shares and 1,000,000 represent preference shares. As of the same date, the total number of voting rights in Eniro amount to 427,622,957, of which the common shares represent 427,522,957 voting rights and the preference shares 100,000 voting rights.
