Changes to Eniro's Nomination Committee

Following changes in ownership of Eniro, Erik Sjöström, representing Skandia Liv, has been appointed as a new member of the committee. Erik Sjöström replaces Carina Lundberg Markow, representing the Folksam Group.

Consequently, Eniro's nomination committee for the 2011Annual General Meeting consists of Maria Wikström (Länsförsäkringar FondförvaltningAB), Erik Sjöström (Skandia Liv), Hans Ek (SEB Funds), Peter Rudman, the chairman of the Nomination Committee (Nordea Investment Funds) and Lars Berg, Chairman of the Eniro Board.
