टिप्पणियां:
1) उपरोक्त परिणामों की लेखापरीक्षा समिति द्वारा समीक्षा की गई है और निदेशक मंडल द्वारा 21 मई, 2026 को आयोजित उनकी बैठक में अनुमोदित किया गया है।
2) लेखापरीक्षित खाते कंपनी अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 143(6) के तहत भारत के नियंत्रक और महालेखा परीक्षक द्वारा समीक्षा के अधीन हैं।
3) ये वित्तीय परिणाम कंपनी (भारतीय लेखा मानक) नियम, 2015 के नियम 3 के साथ प्रतित कंपनी अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 133 और उसके बाद प्रासंगिक संशोधन नियमों के तहत निर्धारित भारतीय लेखा मानकों (ड्राइ एएस) के अनुसार तैयार किए गए हैं।
4) निदेशक मंडल ने वर्ष के दौरान भुगतान किए गए ₹. 2.50 प्रति शेयर (अंकित मूल्य ₹. 5.00 प्रति शेयर) के अंतिम लाभांश के अलावा प्रति शेयर ₹. 2.50 (अंकित मूल्य ₹. 5.00 प्रति शेयर) के अंतिम लाभांश की सिफारिश की है। अंतिम लाभांश वार्षिक आम बैठक में शेयरधारकों के अनुमोदन के अधीन है।

Notes:
1) The above results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their respective meeting held on 21st May 2026.
2) The Audited Accounts are subject to review by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India under Section 143(6) of the Companies Act, 2013.
3) These financial results have been prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) as prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 3 of the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 and relevant amendment rules thereafter.
4) The Board of Directors have recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 per share (Face Value ₹5.00 per share) in addition to interim dividend of ₹2.50 per share (Face Value ₹5.00 per Share) paid during the year. The final dividend is subject to approval of shareholders in the Annual General Meeting.
