Filing of the 2018 Reference Document Publication of financial information for Q1 2019

ENGIE has just announced publication of the 2018 Reference Document, which was filed with the Autorité des marchés financiers (France's financial markets authority) on 20 March 2019, under number D.19-0177.

The following documents in particular are included in the reference document:

• the 2018 financial report;
• information about the Statutory Auditors' fees;
• information required as part of the description of the share buyback programme.

This information is available on the company website at www.engie.com.

Copies of the reference document are also available from the company's head office at 1 place Samuel de Champlain, 92400 Courbevoie, France.

Furthermore, the publication of financial information for the first quarter of 2019, initially scheduled for 17 May 2019, has been brought forward to Tuesday, 14 May 2019.
