Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On July 31, 2025, EnerSys held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders for which the Board of Directors solicited proxies. At the Annual Meeting, the stockholders of EnerSys voted on the following proposals stated in the Proxy Statement dated June 18, 2025.

The proposals voted on by the stockholders of EnerSys at the Annual Meeting were as follows:
