On August 1, 2019, EnerSys held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders for which the Board of Directors solicited proxies. At the Annual Meeting, the stockholders of EnerSys voted on the following proposals stated in the Proxy Statement dated June 20, 2019:

Proposal No. 1: The stockholders elected the following director nominees to the Board of Directors each for a three (3) year term, as set forth below:
