RELEASE OF ESCROWED SHARES

Photon Group Limited (ASX:PGA) advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A that 434,650 Photon shares will be released from voluntary escrow on 31 March 2009. These shares were issued in September 2008 in connection with the acquisition of Found Agency Pty Limited and will be released from escrow on the six month anniversary of the payment of Tranche One of the acquisition consideration.
