Confirmation of receipt of Bidder’s Statement.

Dark Blue Sea advises that it has today received the Photon Group bidder’s statement which has been released to the ASX.

DBS will review the bidder’s statement issued by Photon and will provide further advice to shareholders in due course.

In the meantime, DBS shareholders are advised to take no action in relation to Photon’s proposal.
