ACQUISITION OF CORPORATE EDGE COMPLETED

Photon Group (ASX: PGA) today announced that its UK Holding Company, Photon Group (UK) Limited has completed the acquisition of Corporate Edge Group Limited (Corporate Edge). The announcement to acquire Corporate Edge was made on 29 August 2007.
