ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Share Sale Facility update

Enero Group Limited advises in accordance with the Unmarketable Parcel Share Sale Facility announced on 13 January 2016, that it has sold a total of 113,185 ordinary shares with the volume weighted average price of shares sold in the Facility being $0.9825.

Proceeds from the sale of shares will be remitted to participating shareholders on 24 March 2016 using the payment recorded for each shareholder. Transaction confirmation statements are expected to be sent to participating shareholders on that date.
