New CFO and Company Secretary appointments

8 March 2021

Enero Group Limited (ASX: EGG) today announced the appointment of Carla Webb-Sear as Chief Financial Officer and the appointment of Cathy Hoyle as Company Secretary effective 8 March 2021.

Carla brings a wealth of experience to the Group, most recently in the role of Chief Financial Officer for Channel Ten/Viacom CBS. Prior to that, Carla spent 11 years with Fairfax Media in a variety of senior Finance roles and 11 years with PwC, where she worked in a number of international locations. Carla holds a Bachelor of Commerce (majors in Accounting & Marketing) from Adelaide University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Carla will spend the coming weeks working together with outgoing Chief Financial Officer, Brendan York, through a transition and handover period.

Enero Group is also pleased to announce that Cathy Hoyle has been appointed to the role of Company Secretary, in addition to her role as Group General Counsel. Following a 10-year marketing career in the US entertainment industry, Cathy moved into the legal profession and now has 15 years’ experience as an international corporate lawyer, specialising in marketing and entertainment law. Cathy has been with the Enero Group for just under 7 years and holds a Masters of Law from the Australian National University.
