Company Secretary resignation

Enero Group Limited (ASX: EGG) today confirmed the resignation of Brendan York as Company Secretary of Enero Group Limited with effect from 31 March 2021. It was previously announced on 11 February 2021 that Brendan York would be leaving the Group on 31 March 2021. Cathy Hoyle will continue as Company Secretary of Enero Group Limited and its controlled entities.
