ENERO GROUP APPOINTS LOUISE HIGGINS AS DIRECTOR

Enero Group Limited (ASX: EGG) has announced the appointment of Ms Louise Higgins to the Board as an independent, non-executive director, with effect from 10 September 2021. Louise will also serve as Chair of the Board Audit & Risk Committee with effect from 1 December 2021.

Ms Higgins is currently the Chief Financial Officer for the Australian Retail and Commercial Division of ANZ Bank Limited at ANZ Banking Group. She has an impressive and diverse set of skills, having worked across several industries and geographies during her 20-year career.

Ms Higgins began her executive career in London with law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer before working for seven years at the BBC. In 2007 Louise joined Australia’s Macquarie Bank as an Associate Director. She became COO for Nova Entertainment in 2010 with responsibility for performance of the Nova and Smooth radio networks. In 2017 she was appointed Chief Financial and Strategy Officer for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) to oversee significant technology transformation. Her diverse non-executive career includes a Non-Executive Director role for OneTwo Home Loans. She held similar roles with CanTeen, Commercial Radio Australia, Visit Victoria and Qudos Bank.

Ms Higgins holds a Bachelor of Business from UTS. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK and the AICD. In 2016 she completed the Advanced Management Program with the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Chicago, USA.
