RESIGNATION OF SUSAN MCINTOSH AS DIRECTOR
21 October 2021
Enero Group Limited (ASX: EGG) today announced that Susan McIntosh is resigning as Non-Executive Director of the Company effective at the conclusion of Enero’s Annual General Meeting today, 21 October 2021.
Susan has served as a Non-Executive Director since 2 June 2000 and retires from the Board to pursue other opportunities.
Enero Group Chair Ann Sherry said, “Susan has made an invaluable contribution during her 21-year tenure on the Enero Board. She has worked tirelessly, and contributed her considerable expertise and experience to cement the strong operational and strategic position that Enero finds itself in today.
