Resignation of Russel Howcroft as Director

Enero Group Limited (ASX: EGG) today announced that Russel Howcroft has resigned as a Director of the Company.

Russel served as a Director since 21 May 2015 and resigns from the Board to pursue other interests.

Enero Group Chairman John Porter said “On behalf of the Board, I would like to extend our sincere thanks to Russel for his contribution to the Board over the past two years. We wish Russel all the best for the future.”
