ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Appointment of Anouk Darling as Non- Executive Director

Enero Group Limited (ASX: EGG) today announced Anouk Darling has joined the Board of Directors as a Non-Executive independent Director.

Anouk has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and brand strategy. More recently Anouk has taken on a number of independent Director roles in Companies.

Anouk is currently a Board member of Macquarie Telecom Limited as well as a member of its Audit & Risk Committee and Remuneration & Nomination Committee. She is also a Board member of Discovery Holiday Parks as well as a member of its People & Remuneration Committee, and has recently resigned from the Board of Great Southern Rail after a successful turnaround and sale to private equity.

Anouk’s most recent executive role was Chair of Moon Communications Group, a business she worked in for 12 years, where she first held the role as Strategy Director and then later became CEO.
