Steve Gatfield appointed as Executive Director

Photon Group Limited (ASX: PGA) today announced the appointment of Steve Gatfield as an Executive Director of the Board.

Based in New York, Mr Gatfield is the Co-Chairman of Naked Communications, having joined the Group in June 2011.

Photon’s Chairman, John Porter, said: “Steve brings to the Board a very useful set of skills for the next phase of Photon’s evolution. He has an international perspective, global marketing services experience, and a strong insight into emerging media technologies and content.”

Prior to joining Naked, Mr Gatfield was formerly EVP of Interpublic Group responsible for corporate development and led the acquisition of businesses in e-commerce, healthcare and new ventures in Brazil, India and China. Prior to this he was COO Worldwide for Leo Burnett and Global CEO of Lowe Worldwide.
