Appointment of Max Johnston as Non-Executive Director

Max Johnston has today joined the Board of Directors of Photon Group as a non-executive independent director.

Mr Johnston is a non-executive director of Probiotec Limited. For eleven years he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Johnson & Johnson, Pacific and an Executive Director of Johnson & Johnson. Mr Johnston has also held several prominent industry roles, including as a past President of ACCORD Australasia Limited, a former Vice Chairman of the Australian Food and Grocery Council and a former member of the Board of ASMI. Mr Johnston also has extensive overseas experience during his career in leading businesses in both Western and Central- Eastern Europe and Africa.

Photon’s chairman, Brian Bickmore, said “Max’s vast experience with leading consumer brands brings a new and valuable set of skills to the Board.”
