Resignation of Anthony Gus Rowlinson as a Director of Photon

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Photon Group Limited advises that Mr Anthony Gus Rowlinson has resigned as a director of the company effective from 17 July 2007. Mr. Rowlinson will continue in his current executive role as Managing Director of the Integrated Communications & Digital Division.

Executive Chairman of Photon, Tim Hughes, said: “Tony has made an invaluable contribution to the company as a Director and Chief Operations officer. We look forward to Tony’s continued input into Photon’s growth agenda in his new role as Managing Director of the Integrated Communications & Digital Division.”
