ASX ANNOUNCEMENT RESIGNATION OF SIIMON REYNOLDS AS A DIRECTOR OF PHOTON

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Photon Group Limited advises that Mr Siimon Reynolds has resigned as a Director of the company effective from 7 November 2007. Siimon will continue as a Strategic Creative Advisor of Photon subsidiary, Love Communications.

Executive Chairman of Photon, Tim Hughes, said: “Siimon, RG Capital and I first established Photon back in 1999. He has made an invaluable contribution to the company as a Director of the holding company and as Executive Chairman and Creative Director of Love Communications. He has decided to take some time out, however we are pleased to see him continue as a strategic creative advisor to Love Communications and Siimon has also accepted the position of Chairman of the Photon Foundation. The Photon Foundation has been established to provide pro-bono marketing assistance to selected charities and coordinate Photon workplace giving."

Siimon Reynolds said: “I wish to thank Tim, my fellow Photon Directors and all the management and staff of Love Communications. Photon has built an outstanding business successfully bringing together high quality marketing services companies in an entrepreneurial and growth-orientated culture.
