PHOTON GROUP APPOINTS NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR OF INTERNET MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS DIVISION

Photon Group Limited (ASX:PGA) today announced the key appointment of Caitlin Millar-Jack as Managing Director of its fast growing internet marketing and communications division.

Caitlin joins from Mark (M&C Saatchi) where she was General Manager - Digital, Direct and Data. She has an extensive background in digital and internet marketing through several leadership roles at M&C Saatchi and also Deloitte (Eclipse Group) both in Australia and New Zealand.

Executive Chairman of Photon, Tim Hughes said: “Caitlin’s appointment comes at an opportune time as we continue to seriously build our capability in the internet marketing sector. Through strategic acquisitions of companies such as OB Media, Found and iMega, internet marketing now accounts for close to 20 per cent of the group’s earnings and Caitlin will be instrumental in driving this growth further.”

Matt Bailey, CEO of Photon said: “We are fortunate that the Photon model allows us to secure high-calibre executives such as Caitlin. Her vast experience in the sector, combined with an emphasis on delivering outstanding results for clients ensures she will be a valuable asset to the Photon executive management team.”

Caitlin said she was delighted to join Photon. “Having watched Photon from the sidelines build a leading-edge capability in internet communications, I am really excited at the prospect of being part of this continued growth. They have a clearly defined strategy and focus on building the business across international markets which presents fantastic opportunities in this sector,” she said.

Caitlin joins Photon on 19 November.
