23.09.2025 tarih ve 145 sayılı Yönetim Kurulu Kararı ile Şirketimiz "Bilgilendirme Politikası"nın ekteki şekilde değiştirilmesine ve bu değişikliğin yapılacak ilk Genel Kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerinin bilgisine sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.

With the resolution of the Board of Directors dated 23.09.2025 and numbered 145, it was decided to amend our Company's" Disclosure Policy" as per attachment and present the amendment for information of the shareholders at the first General Assembly meeting to be held.
