In relation to issuance of green bonds or financing bills up to a total amount of 20,000,000,000 Turkish Liras by our company, which will be realized one or more times within a period of one year, to be sold to qualified investors without being offered to the public, our issue ceiling application to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) on 07/11/2025 was approved on 25/11/2025 with the decision numbered 61/2173. The Green Finance Framework, approved by the Board of Directors, is compliant with the " Guidelines on Green Debt Instruments, Sustainable Debt Instruments, Green Lease Certificates and Sustainable Lease Certificates" and also in line with international standards. The Issuance Document approved by the CMB, the Green Finance Framework, the Second Party Opinion regarding the compliance of the Framework Document with international standards and the issuance certificate is attached. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
