Energy Transition Partners B.V. cancels EGM

AMSTERDAM, July 17 – Energy Transition Partners B.V. ("Energy Transition Partners" or the "Company"), a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) listed on Euronext Amsterdam, has cancelled the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (EGM) that was scheduled for July 18, 2023.

The primary purpose of the EGM was to seek approval from Shareholders for the extension of the Business Combination Deadline. Given the shareholders already approved this extension at the Company's annual general meeting of shareholders on June 29, an EGM is no longer necessary.
