On November 7, 2012, Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing its financial and operating results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2012. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
