Energy Technologies Limited (ASX: EGY or “the Company”), a 100% owner of Bambach Wires and Cables Pty Ltd (Bambach) which manufactures low voltage copper insulated cables, acknowledges that it has breached ASX Listing Rule 3.19A.2 by not lodging an Appendix 3Y with respect to the issue of each of the unlisted options under the EGY Share Option Plan to directors Matthew Driscoll, Ian Alistair Campbell, Anthony Lloyd Smith and Brian Jamieson (deceased) within the time frame prescribed by that rule.

The unlisted options issued to directors following approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of EGY on 29 November 2021 are as follows:

• 446,238 options to Brian Jamieson (or nominee)

• 1,339,286 options to Anthony Lloyd Smith (or nominee)

• 595,238 options to Ian Alistair Campbell (or nominee)

• 1,041,667 options to Matthew Driscoll (or nominee)

Full details of these options are contained in the Notice of Meeting to the 2021 AGM. The options were considered to be fully disclosed as well in the EGY Annual Report 30 June 2021 and 2022, however EGY acknowledges that an Appendix 3Y was required under the Listing Rules.

EGY has a Corporate Governance Statement in place and firm signed agreements with directors on appointment which detail directors disclosure obligations.

Options issued to Brian Jamieson (deceased 7 August 2023) and Ian Campbell (resigned 16 June 2023) have ceased to exist and no options issued have been exercised to date.
