Cleansing Prospectus
Energy Technologies Ltd (ASX:EGY) advises that it has issued a cleansing prospectus (Prospectus) pursuant to section 708A(11) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). The purpose of the Prospectus is to remove any trading restrictions on the sale of the shares which are to be issued to various parties as part of the recapitalisation proposal which was announced by EGY on 15 January 2019, as approved by shareholders at the general meeting held yesterday 13 February 2019.
