Completion of acquisition

Energy Technologies Ltd (ASX: EGY) announces that it has this morning completed its contract to purchase the company Bambach Wires and Cables Pty Ltd (‘Bambach’). The entry into the contract was announced on 5 June 2012.

On completion, EGY paid the fixed component of the purchase price which together with the deposit amounted to one million dollars ($1,000,000). The balance of the purchase price is estimated to be about $2.5 million and will be paid over the next three years. A part of this price is dependent on the future trading performance of Bambach.
