Update on acquisition of Bambach Wires and Cables Pty Ltd

Energy Technologies Ltd (ASX:EGY) is pleased to advise that it has developed a comprehensive action plan following its acquisition of Bambach Wires and Cables Pty Ltd (BWC) on 2 July 2012. The plan formed during due diligence but amended and confirmed in the first three weeks following acquisition calls for the following to be implemented prior to the end of this calendar year:

• Move the current accounting method to standard costing with full implementation to occur by 1 January 2013

• Move current server based IT platform to a cloud based platform by 30 November 2012

• • Expand geographic markets of the company with appointment of representatives in two new markets that have been identified as offering strong sales potential for the BWC line of products

• Implement a recognised CRM system over the coming three months to aid business development

• Embark on a limited capital expenditure program to enhance the work environment and improve production efficiency

Whilst EGY has only been in control of BWC for a short time, Mr Ralph Stevens, General Manager of BWC, advises that the staff and Customers of the company have welcomed the acquisition and that he has been very pleased with the level of cooperation and enthusiasm shown toward him by all as he goes about building the business.
