Appointment of Director

Energy Technologies Limited (ASX: EGY) is very pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Matthew Driscoll as a director of the company. Mr Driscoll has joined the Board of the company, effective today.

Mr Driscoll has over 30 years experience in capital markets and the financial services industry, with major financial institutions including Hartleys Limited, William Noall Limited, Burdett Buckeridge and Young Limited, Westpac and ANZ McCaughan Securities Limited. He is an accomplished company director in roles with listed and private companies, undertaking leadership positions on the Board (as Chairman) and on various committees (including audit and risk committees).

Mr Driscoll has significant experience in international business growth, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt raisings and building strategic political, financial and commercial alliances. He is passionate about high growth, innovative businesses, and committed to ethical, commercial and consumer-based outcomes. He is a clear, concise communicator able to grasp and disseminate complex issues effectively, as well as a serial investor and strong supporter of start-ups, providing seed and expansion capital with unique skills in bringing private companies to the listed environment.
